Download Instructions
To download the entire book in pdf (Acrobat) format, which can be read with Acrobat Reader, click on the link below with the right button on your mouse, and then click on Save Target As... in the window that appears to specify where you want the file saved on your hard drive. The pdf file is about 1.3 megabytes and takes about 4 minutes to download with a typical dial-up connection, so please be patient.
Or, if it is more convenient for you, you may email me at one of the email addresses on the CONTACT page and request that I email you the pdf version of the file as an attachment. Before you do this, make sure that the email account you have will accept large attachments. The .pdf file is about 1.3 megabytes. I have noticed that some free email services do not accept large attachments unless you pay for their service. Please allow a few days for me to respond.
